What Fitframe is
Fitframe is a tool that helps you make a passport, visa or ID photo on your own phone inside Telegram. It is run independently and is not affiliated with any government or issuing authority.
No guarantee of acceptance
Photos are built to the specification published by the issuing authority, and we link the official source for each document with the date we last checked it. Authorities can change their rules, and they alone decide whether a photo is accepted. You are responsible for checking the current requirements of the authority and for confirming that the photo shows you accurately.
Altered photos
Some authorities do not accept photos whose background was replaced or that were altered in any way. Fitframe marks those documents and offers a capture-only mode that only crops, scales and encodes. Choose the mode your authority accepts.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Telegram Stars: 99 Stars for one photo set and 249 Stars for a family pack of four sets valid for 30 days. Previews and checks are free. Payment is handled by Telegram. Unlocking a photo uses one set from your order.
Refunds
- If the issuing authority officially rejects a photo made with Fitframe, you can request a refund within 30 days of payment with the /refund command in the bot.
- Refunds are returned as Telegram Stars.
- A user can receive at most two refunds in any 90 days.
- A family pack is refunded automatically only while none of its sets has been used. Otherwise write to joshuamhone9@gmail.com with your order number and we will review it.
- Telegram's own policies on Stars and refunds also apply.
Acceptable use
Do not use Fitframe to make photos of other people without their permission, to make a document photo that misrepresents a person, or to disrupt or attack the service.
Service and liability
Fitframe is provided as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as a rejected application, a missed appointment or travel costs. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.
