Your photo stays on your phone

Fitframe runs entirely inside a Telegram Mini App on your own device. Your photo is read, analysed, cropped and encoded there. The Fitframe server does not receive, store or log your photo, any image data, or any face data.

There is one optional exception. If you tap Send to my Telegram chat, the finished photo file is uploaded to our server for the moment it takes to hand it to Telegram, which then delivers it to you in your chat. It is held in memory only, is not written to disk or to a database, and no copy is kept.

What we do store

  • Your Telegram user id and the language you use, so we can recognise your purchases and answer in your language.
  • Your orders: the product, the price in Stars, the payment status, Telegram's payment charge id, how many photo sets you have used and when they expire.
  • Refund records: which order was refunded and when, to apply the refund limits.
  • Anonymous daily counters, such as how many photos were checked or downloaded. They are not linked to any user and do not include images, face data or per-user document choices.

What we do not do

  • We do not use cookies, advertising, or third-party analytics.
  • We do not sell or share your data.
  • We do not use your photo to train anything.

Where it is processed

The Mini App, this website, the bot backend and the database run on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses when you load a page or call our API. The photo tools (the face model and the cut-out model) are downloaded from our own domain and cached in your browser so that later visits need no download. The Mini App also loads Telegram's own script from telegram.org, and Telegram handles your account, your chats and Telegram Stars payments under its own privacy policy.

Keeping and deleting data

Order and refund records are kept so that purchases and refunds can be honoured and accounted for. To ask us to delete the data we hold about you, write to joshuamhone9@gmail.com from your Telegram username or with your Telegram user id. We will delete what we are not required to keep.

Children

A parent or guardian should use Fitframe to make photos of children. We do not knowingly collect data from children other than their Telegram user id if they use the bot themselves.
